Day 15: Rainy day full of games.

11 mei 2016 - Montreal, Canada

Hello true followers!

Sorry, I'm getting a bit behind with posting blogs. I try to write as often as possible but I had some busy days and want to enjoy my trip as much as possible. I finished Saturday, so today it is time for Sunday.

As Saturday was really sunny and there was no cloud at all, Sunday was rainy rainy rainy. Both Aida and I weren't feeling really really well and were quite tired. That's why we decided to stay home and play some games. When I wake up Aida already was on her basketball training and I helped Circé with her school project to make a smaller version of a building on earth you really want to go to once. She decided to make a Eiffel-tower out of metal cord. As it was Mother's Day and the family was having a barbecue at my grandma's house we also Facetimed the family for quite a long time and we heard about PSV winning the Dutch football games (or soccer as they call it in the USA).

At approximately 11 o'clock it was time to go to the pool because Circé had a swimming training. Mini muis and I walked with her to that place because there was a little playground next to the pool, and it was a very good idea to go outside. We were there only for a few minutes because it started raining quite heavily. Arriving home we just relaxed and played some games. The most favorite game in the Roy-van Mierlo family is the Dutch card game called "duizenden", they really like it over here. We continued this in the afternoon and I also tried to take a little nap, but that didn't succeed.

After dinner, which was very good namely burgers, we went to the center of Saint-Lambert to eat a ice cream. They just opened a new Italian ice thingie there. When we finally arrived there this shop was closed, but luckily there was another ice corner nearby. We walked home again and I went to bed early.
